Love how easy customer experience questions can be sent

Easy to use mobile app to collect feedback from our customers. The ability to send out text surveys to customers is very helpful for us too. A few of our staff prefer using this over email. I think we need more options for email surveys as they are essential to us also. Sometimes when we try to add a survey to an existing account, it does not always save. So have to resubmit when done with some tests. We just started using Herald but so far its been great. Our customers love it and the…
