I love this training collar. It can be difficult to squeeze the prongs together to open the collar, but be aware that this is a very strong collar and will require some force to open. The coating/paint makes it clear. Not your typical silver collar.

This is a quality collar with teeth. However, I bought a 4mm for my Cane Corso and had trouble removing the links. While it was doable, the metal is so thick I didn't think it was a safe option for me. The quality was what I expected. I think if I lowered the scale I would be better off. Shipping and return went smoothly. Unless you have very strong hands, don't take a 4mm or take it with clearance!
