📦 Hard EVA Protective Travel Case for Fujitsu ScanSnap S1300i Mobile Document Scanner by Hermitshell Review

Read all the reviews on this case. It must have changed since those reviews were posted. This case does not fit for Fujitsu ScanSnap S1300i. The case has a built-in compartment that does not allow you to put the scanner in the case. I'm coming back for a refund looking for a case that works!

Great case. It's durable - I'm sure it will protect my scanner - and fits all the cables that come with the scanner as well as the scanner itself. However, when it comes out of the box it has a rather odd smell. It takes time for this bad smell to go away, but eventually it goes away. I didn't think the smell affected the quality of the case.

Just received a few days ago. It came just a few days after I ordered it. The Fujitsu ScanSnap S1300I fits right in. and at the top of the box there is a spacious mesh pocket for cables and other things. Mine zips up easily and has a handy top handle for carrying the scanner case. The only thing I'm not sure about is that all the scanner cables fit into a pocket and allow you to close the case. I'm still playing with this part but overall I love the case!

Good travel bag for Epson ES-300WR portable scanner. The scanner fits into the bottom, while the power supply, power cord, and USB cable fit into a mesh compartment on the folded top. I received this case for my Scansnap 1300i and it fits perfectly. It fits snugly and holds the scanner well. The cord storage could be a bit better. It would be better to add a divider with a flap in the middle and have a zippered compartment to store the cables so they don't directly touch the scanner. I bought this scanner to replace a similar scanner I bought many years ago. You can't beat the quality and reliability of ScanSnap products. My husband carries the scanner with him to work, in the field, wherever he goes. The latter took much longer than I expected based on its use. At least they now have a carrying case to help protect it, but a better scanner couldn't be wished for. As a disclaimer I removed the version of ScanSnap which I then downloaded from the Fujitsu website. On Windows 10 on Surface Pro 4, the scanner/software can easily handle 9x11 plain paper. It scans documents right where I want them on my computer and never seems to jam regular size paper. However, when scanning legal-size documents, paper jams are more likely to occur. I bought this travel case specifically for my Fujitsu ScanSnap S1300i (which I really like). It fits perfectly in the case, I am satisfied with it and the low price. If I had to make a request it would be that the mesh compartment inside is one side long not just half and has a long zipper (to put cords etc in so they don't lay directly on top). part of the scanner lid and may scratch it.
