🛠️ HERZO Industrial Power and Hand Tools: Universal Surface Grinding Grinder Review

While I love this product I use it on my Metabo but the adapter sleeves can't keep it at the right depth. Mine slipped off the tool while pulling the vacuum hose and damaged the housing as the grinding wheel dug into it. I'll just fill it with a bondo, but the adapters need a better way to hold the grinder in place than a smooth sleeve with a bad hand clamp. Other than that, it did a surprisingly good job of dusting off the old wooden beams I sanded.

Everything seems to be well done. My main complaint is that there is no positive attachment to the coffee grinder. The friction between the plastic pressure washer and the grinder is as good as it gets. The cam lever lock is a bit unreliable and the extra power it provides is negligible. Be prepared to tighten the clamp with a 1/2" socket to keep it from wiggling. The vacuum port is metric and the included rubber adapter is virtually useless. It doesn't conform to standard US vacuum hose…

The product deserves 3 stars. The performance deficiencies were too great for me to leave. First the good: - it attaches securely to my old Milwaukee 6095 without an adapter - looks well built and solid enough, especially for the price. Haven't used it long enough to test durability. - I liked that you can slide the protective cover to the side to cling to the wall. Now for the bad: - All this is too small in height. My 7" sanding cups are large enough that the guard bristles don't come close…
