Worked great! on steering and suspension tools

Worked great and got the job done much quicker than the shift tools. The parts are not damaged and the drivers even settle within a few seconds.

Cons
  • Slightly torn

Metric kit not compatible with SAE bearings

This hand tool was used to install a #84 spindle on a 3500 lb trailer axle. It turns out, and as others have reported, these dies are metric and not 100% compatible with US standard bearings. When attempting installation the inner bearing die will not fit or sit flush with the bearing (see image) this will result in the bearing not retracting and will scratch the hub entrance (yes!) rout the scar (remove metal) and clean the entrance to the race . Although you used the tool and felt like you…

Cons
  • Modern

The tool I was looking for

Great tool for making stamps, races and other items. Great price for a product. It's a lot easier to use a tool than looking for an outlet or using old breeds to install new ones. The sound changes as you reach the desired depth. keeps it straight and level when inserted.

Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Has already paid for itself.

Works, aluminum won't damage your bearings or rings but be sure to hit it evenly and with a hammer if possible. The handle is made from the same SOFT aluminum and will bend and snap with the use of a standard steel hammer. Overall a good product and I would recommend it. Take care of your tools and they will take care of you.

Cons
  • Hard to say

Maybe they will do their job, but it could be better.

I know it's only $25. These tools can probably get the job done, but they've fallen a bit short. The reason I bought this was to keep them in my tool box for when I need to use them. Let's start with the fact that the case came with a broken latch. The body is blow molded but the fit is pretty poor, all but the first 3 or so discs rattle and dangle a lot inside the case. There is a 3/8 inch gap when closing the case. You have to push it in to lock it. The threaded portion of the wrench had…
