Based on all the measurements I took it looks like it is square hole was not centered in the collet It was only a few thousandths but it was too much for my application I didn't actually use it due to concerns about the return policy.

Can't complain about the price, you pretty much get what you pay for. The outside finish is great, the inside bore is not ground and has a molded finish. The edges are very sharp and will scratch your item. Its size is also smaller by about 0.003 inch. If you want a cheap collet this will work, but you'll have to spend about 10 minutes cleaning with a square stone.
