Works, but hardly ever. Received false positives from multiple devices. Found with the cell phone and switching off the light works 100 times better. Your phone's video camera shows a purple glow from UV LEDs at night. This makes it much easier to find a hidden camera.

I wanted something to find hidden cameras but everything is so expensive! It seemed like the best option and totally in line with our budget. We are planning a trip abroad and I read that there are hidden cameras everywhere. Tested at home, works. Setup was easy

The product is well made and looks good. The red window is large enough to see through with both eyes. The instructions were clear. There are 2 hidden cameras in our store. I turned off the light and closed the blinds. If you're looking for a camera, it looks like a mirror beam. I will be using the AirBnB on my trip next month!

LEDs will blink on ANY shiny object, not just the camera lens. This is not what you are hoping to find hidden camera as you will be on a wild goose hunt. It flashed on my watch, a metal vase, a photo frame in my own living room, and the camera didn't show anything because I only saw flashes or reflections. It's a cheap construction and the LED went out on the first day.

This little device comes in handy, with all the privacy concerns these days it's handy to have something tangible for security checks. I do quite a bit of hotel and Airbnb travel, but I'm also an Airbnb host. I will take it with me on future trips and also offer it to my guests during their stay. It is very easy to use and comes with clear instructions in a nice storage box.

Perhaps my expectations were a bit too high. It was a pleasant surprise, it has a rechargeable USB, traveling on batteries is a pain. I bought a hidden camera to check it out. A hidden camera cannot just show up. To get the reflection you have within 15 degrees. The red lens helps you see through the tint that many cameras have.
