These are ordinary thermistors. work normally.

Only had to use one of the 10 but it's good to have a spare. The cable length is sufficient because I used a JST crimp connector in case of a replacement. As far as I can tell they need to be replaced from time to time.

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • Something different

Works as a cheap replacement

I did however find that the wire gauge was very small compared to the Ender 3 Pro's stock thermistor sensor. So much so that I couldn't use wire strippers with it and had to use a sharp pocket knife instead. With this I have verified that the sensor is working properly.

Pros
  • good stuff
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Good value for money

The cables seem to be quite long (1m), but they are not long enough on the Creality 5 Plus. I made 1/4m extensions from the wires from the first failed thermistor using JST connectors bought here. work normally. I've found that part-to-part tolerances can result in temperature readings that vary by as much as 5 degrees between parts. Use a thermometer to check accuracy and note the offsets required. They most often fail when they are covered in molten plastic due to poor printing and then a rod

Pros
  • Ease of use
Cons
  • Quick start guide
