Mounting Hardware Junk

The numbers themselves seem good, but the nails that come with them are useless. I just tried driving them into a regular 4x4 pine and they kept bending. I tried going to the local hardware store to buy screws but nothing turned out to be small enough so now I have to drill bigger holes to install these screws I bought.

Pros
  • Hardware
Cons
  • Tape

Beautiful House Number Door Numbers

Okay, time to paint my dingy white door. I have made. And part of the update was the new address numbers. That looks great! However, there is one thing to consider: as with the previous numbers, there are also small brass nails to hold on to here. I decided to go to the local hardware store and buy some brass screws for this. This means you'll have to ream the nail holes a bit more for the screws to fit, but that's no big deal. I recommend this way. Highly recommended!

Pros
  • Tools and Housewares
Cons
  • Old

Works with house numbers

Rooms are a bit thinner than expected but my porch is covered so I think they will be fine. I suggest the manufacturer's drill holes are lined up for proper positioning. The packaging currently says how to align the numbers, but I think the actual item to put on should be the one used for accuracy. I ordered 1,2,3,6. There were nails in every room. I probably won't hang them up until it's warm enough to do an outdoor task.

Pros
  • House numbers, plaques and signs
Cons
  • Was damaged
