The system is easy to use. I like how HIPPA compliant it is & the HIPAA training was really helpful. When entering patient information they recommend using an app called Vantage or another HIPPA compliant App, I do not know which one they are referring to but there are many available for both iOS & Android (I'm mobile). I'm looking into setting up our own email account so once this is figured out we should be able to easily share information from outside to inpatient and outpatient settingsβ¦
Hippocrate's customer engagement platform is very easy to set up so the staff and physicians can easily access the system and make changes to their patient's data. The system is very straight forward and easy to use. The platform is not only for the physicians and staff but also for the patients. It is a great tool for all the parties to communicate and collaborate. We could not use the system until we had set up an account with them. It is not free to sign up.
