The Marketing Cloud is a great tool for marketers who want to create and send personalized emails.

It's a pretty good marketing platform, although their implementation is lacking. It doesn't seem like they use any type of CRM software, which means they aren't getting any true insights into their contacts. In addition, they're selling their marketing cloud package as being "built for agencies", but in reality, their marketing cloud looks very similar to Mailchimp. Their implementation is lacking, which is evident from the fact that their sales team is asking me to change the order of columns…

  • It has a great API and a lot of integrations that allow you to pull in your existing information.
  • Its reporting is fairly powerful.
  • It has a robust campaign tracking engine
Cons
  • They claim they do, but their emails are not in the format required by mail chimp
  • Their integration options are limited.
