I was looking for a shower valve to control the flow of water from a dual outlet connector where I have a shower pipe and faucet in the same position of the selector valve and then I have a full shower head on the other side. I didn't want the shower head to be on all the time, but I want it to be there when I want to use it. I bought what was advertised as a shower stop valve and it dripped constantly, this valve does not drip and it best matches the finish of my shower accessories.

I didn't want to replace the valve stem and valve in a shower that was about to be renovated. This was installed in more or less 3 minutes and cut off all cold water flow. It is easy to put on and take off which is good for my disabled friend. It looks like it will last a long time. This product is also very convenient to use under the sink etc for drips until you can fix it. The valves in Lowes and Depot, connected in series, do not stop the flow. Do these.
