This was a little different than the OEM product. We had to change the way it was attached but it works great. This was about $130 less than a John Deere dealer OEM.

The electrical connector is not compatible with the factory wiring harness, you have to unsolder the connector and reuse the original fuel pump connector housing . If you don't feel comfortable with this, don't buy this as it doesn't fit directly.

Low price compared to $155.00 John Deere charges that deserve 5 stars. The only issue I had was the plastic male connector not fitting into the mating connector, but I had a matching connector from an old fuel pump and quickly replaced it and everything worked fine.

Cable connector will not fit John Deere 777 as advertised. After I fixed this issue, the pump wasn't pumping the fuel fast enough to keep the car running. Advertised with a John Deere part number but it's a cheap knock off from the Chinese aftermarket. Save your money and don't buy this junk.

The pump fitted perfectly. The plastic connector was different so I used a small screwdriver to remove the clips and used the original connector. It took less than 5 minutes. My Gator caught fire and works great. The pump arrived two days after I ordered it. It was $25 versus $150 for a factory replacement.

I had to dismantle the contacts and swap the housing on both the old and the new one. However, you can also cut and splice, which can be a potential point of failure. I expected plug and play. Worse than that. After installation, after no more than 2 hours of operation, the pump stopped delivering enough fuel to fill the filter. You see, I went through the entire fuel supply system and replaced the tank intake line, the tank with a pump, the pump with a filter, and the filter with a carburetor.
