Excellent product on satellite TVs

Worked great. Now I can easily switch between cable and satellite channels. The product works as intended. Use this on an RV with an external coax connection.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Band

Worth the price

We needed to fix a faulty installation of Dish Network so we ordered it and did it ourselves. It was shipped and delivered faster than they could get home and fix it. Worth the price!

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Not bad

Good filter/splitter

The device is very compact. I tested the device by connecting a TV signal to the input/output jack and the satellite output to my TV. There was no leakage on the satellite output, while the VHF/UHF output provided a good signal for my TV. My biggest concern is that the connector threads are not threaded well. They don't mate well with my cable connectors, making it difficult to connect. I can't tell if this is a general issue or just with the device I received. Otherwise it serves its purposeโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • All right

Allowed me to add an over-the-air antenna to my MoCA coax network

While researching MoCA networks I found a reviewer who had the exact same situation where he was using an OTA Wanted to turn on antenna TV Signal mixed into the same coaxial cable that carries the internet signal. Without this duplexer, the signals interfere with each other and the network becomes unstable. This 100% solved my problem and allowed me to continue using my DVR to record and rebroadcast local TV shows while still having full gigabit connectivity throughout my house over the entireโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Piggy bank price

Solved what Tivo support couldn't

I decided to cut the cable and wanted to use my Tivo to receive the antenna signal while still having a Moca connection in my house have. I spent hours on the phone with Tivo support and they couldn't help me. Another Tivo user suggested a diplexer. I originally ordered a cheaper one and it didn't help me at all. Holland was highly recommended so I gave it another try and bought this brand and it immediately separated my antenna signal from my mok signal and cutting the cable was full blownโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Ideal for combining MOCA and HDTV antenna signals to trim cables

We have a Tivo Bolt in a location with a coax connection and no ethernet connection. Tivo connects to an outdoor antenna to receive and record free-to-air HD broadcast content. Separately, we use Comcast for high speed internet. However, since the CATV signal is not compatible with the HDTV antenna signal, we had an internet connection problem for Tivo. As mentioned in more detail in other reviews, this device can be used to filter the CATV signal and combine the MOCA and antenna signalsโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
