Excellent cloud-based software: Hollis

I like the fact that Hollis is constantly evolving and improving. The platform has improved a lot over the years and we have seen a lot of great features. I dislike that the platform is not as intuitive as it used to be. It is not as easy to use as it once was. I think Hollis has a lot of potential to grow and improve. Effective collaboration & management software for businesses

I've been an active user of Hollis since 2016; it's great! The platform has enabled me as both coach AND client in my business development activities that lead-up new clients acquisition - which are essential nowadays at all levels (business plan creation!). It also helps you manage your own team members' progress towards goals by providing detailed reports across different KPIs like sales pipeline/ROI etc., along with automatic reminders when needed via push notifications or email alerts…

The team at hollis are very supportive of our new business and always go above and beyond in ensuring that we get what we need from them. They have been able to help us grow our online presence by creating content which has helped drive traffic to our website. I don't think there's anything about this service that i dislike - it just works!   • Their ability to provide quality results with their campaigns, as well as being easy going when working together makes my experience fantastic!! A great partner all round!!! :)

Great for new hire ramp up and support afterwards

The system has been easy enough that we can teach it in half an hour or less - which makes onboarding super fast! They're great at supporting us through our challenges as well; any issues are resolved quickly so I don't have those "oh no's" when things go awry later down my list of tasks/goals etc :) We've had several training sessions where they were able answer questions about how particular features do what very clearly without being condescending towards me (which was really appreciated!!).

Pros
  • Easy to use for beginners.
  • Very responsive customer service team who is willing &amp readyto work with customers however small their issue may seem, even remotely related from technical support standpoint.:)

  • Fewer options available compared more popular ones suchas Salesforce CRM
  • Back end functionality limited somewhat due totime constraints
