Enhanced Home Intuition Amplified Desk Telephone with Extra Loud Ringer - Ash Finish Review

I like the look. It's made out of plastic rather than the more durable stuff that old phones were made out of. I replaced my "fancy" desk phone with a red beauty. It looks great and is easy to see (because there are so many papers on my desk!). The only downside is that it has analog audio, especially when dialing a number. I didn't have a problem with people not being able to hear me when we were on the phone, so I guess that's just on my side.

Wanted a regular corded phone to reduce EMF exposure. I love this phone and its long cord. But I don't like that it doesn't beep when I dial a number. I like hearing a beep when I press each key (like most of these phones). , but this one doesn't make any noise at all so I'm never sure if I registered the number or pressed the right button and I just have to wait and see if it starts ringing and if the right person answers. If the buttons would beep, that would be 5 stars. I'm still not sure if

Bought a phone for my 96 year old mother who has problems with a cordless phone. She couldn't remember how to "hang up" and thus left him "off the hook" for hours. It was very annoying; because I couldn't check on her when I wasn't at home. This phone is so simple, pick up to talk and then hang up. This is exactly what we needed.
