Looks a bit expensive, breaks when glued

This is a decent channel. I used it to extend the air duct of a portable air conditioner. This worked well, but the AC unit struggled to push the air the extra distance, so I finally decided on another solution. If you plan to use any type of tape, be aware that if you ever need to remove the tubing, the tape will most likely rip the tubing. Overall 4 stars.

Seems solid though. good for hydraulics, pneumatics and plumbing

We need a longer duct to better position our portable air conditioner. It was a good choice except that the initial exhaust smell in the enclosed bedroom space was awful. I suspect that due to the extra length, our air conditioning got very hot which is what caused the smell. It also contributed to the extra heat generated. Not recommended unless your settings are different.

Excellent pipe hose

I've read articles about converting dryer waste heat into room heat so I bought an indoor dryer kit but I needed a long duct. After researching and needing about 30ft, I stumbled across this. I like the fact that this material is more durable than standard material so I'm not worried about it being easy to poke a hole in it. After 3 weeks the channel works as stated. Highly recommended so far, can't imagine what could go wrong.

Looks good, works as described

Love the look of black versus traditional silver. Gives the installation a cleaner look. Looks very solid, good buy for the money. Used it on a 4" fan. EDIT: I used this vent for another 6 months and then we sold the house. To sell the dryer I removed the dryer vent. The vent was removed immediately and did not crack when removed .The next owner liked the look and decided to use it again.I would definitely buy again.

Great tunnel for ferrets!

I brought this for my ferrets to play with. The standard ferret tunnel actually sold for ferrets is too small for my two boys. Although this product is not intended for that purpose, it is great for my boys. They love to run back and forth and chase each other. I have to put thick tape on the ends of the duct because after a long time they start to come loose and a loose wire can be dangerous. I will buy more of these again when my ferrets start making the current product less safe for their…

Simple installation works too. I would have liked a little better material quality.

Good value for money but the quality of the material is lower than expected. The black layer peels off easily and the inner metal is thinner than expected. However, on arrival it was well packaged with no holes or tears in any of the 16 feet. The biggest benefit is that my portable air conditioner runs quieter and more efficiently with this duct when on compared to my old duct. For reference I have a DeLonghi Pinguino model PACAN125HPEKC and this 5 inch duct fits this model and is the correct…
