Great tool for cutting out squash/zucchini which I use it for. The serrated sides allow you to quickly hollow out your chosen vegetable. Just note that the tip is very sharp.

This is just what I needed to effectively coring vegetables like eggplant, squash, peppers, potatoes, etc. It's sharp and easy to use. Vegetables are removed from the core without much effort. I need that in the kitchen.

I used it to core an apple. I cut the apple in half with a knife and then use this tool to pull out the two halves of the core. I haven't used it for other fruits or veggies but will do as needed.

I'll be using it again tonight when I'm baking my brain. Please be careful as the tip is sharp as it should be. Ideal for removing the core from apples. Tomorrow I'll take care of the zucchini because I want to make stuffed zucchini. Cooking and baking is a great way to unwind after a long day in the hospital. There's no electric mixer, so hands work harder than playing golf (haha!)
