🔧 Honda Genuine Parts Cap, Filler (ATF) (25615-5T0-004): Quality Replacement Component for Optimal Performance Review

Honda Civic 2015 CVT cover kept coming off after 100 miles. Has been replaced with a new cover and is still present after 50 km.

Delivered earlier than expected and fits like a glove. My old one kept popping out and I've noticed some wear compared to the new plug. Exactly the same part for my 15" Honda Civic transmission.

My last plug must have been a bit old because it kept popping up. The tires on it are fresher, so the grip is better. Since I've had these, I haven't had any issues with the connector popping out.

. OEM replacement. Like many others, my old one kept popping up. I doubted if I really needed a new one. A reviewer mentioned that the new one was thicker than his old one, so I ordered mine. I measured the old (pictured) 0.77" diameter and the new 0.80". It doesn't seem like a huge difference, but once installed it's definitely a nice fit. If it bursts again, then it's not the connector.

I never expected that such an important detail would even deteriorate - but that happens on Civics with a CVT. Found the old one right next to the filler plug, open and visible (back left of battery) when I checked on the old one. I flushed the transmission to make sure everything was ok, replaced the plug and then a few weeks later when I thought I smelled transmission oil the old cap was removed and put back next to the filler plug.
