Not sure if it works

I installed this because I had a code on my dash. After replacing the part I still have trouble shifting to 3rd gear. Will get the scanner, update the review and tell you if the new switch is good or not.

Pros
  • Original factory part
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

P0847 DTC - Pilot '13 (4WD, 5 Speed Auto)

Got code P0847 in my 13th year (4WD, 5 Speed Auto). Solving the problem by replacing the pressure sensor in transmission B (3rd gear). The seat was in front of the car. I took pictures of the sensor and circled the number "3” for additional verification - it indicates 3rd gear, the sensor to the right of it. It took about 30 minutes to finish. I also checked the transmission oil level after installation to make sure I didn't have a low level that was causing the sensor to malfunction.

Pros
  • Durable
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Error code P0847 on parts

Seems to work. I bought this to fix the P0847 fault code in my 2010 Honda Pilot. It wasn't difficult to install at all. Make sure you get in from the front by removing the fender from the front of the vehicle. It seems much easier than removing the driver's side wheel and installing it in the wheel well. You will need a 22mm wrench or socket. I made it a key. It is also recommended to replace the metal washer that did not come with this part. It may have taken 10 or 15 minutes.
