I gave the seller a 5 star rating. The product gets 4 stars because the original unit (same model but bought and installed by a refurbishment company) lasted less than 6 years. This is double the warranty period but I feel like an item like this should last longer. Otherwise the thermostat is easy to use, has a good range of programming options and works well.
