🧹 Hoover Type Y HEPA Filter Bag: 6-Pack for Improved Air Quality Review

I ordered my sister to sew Covid masks for the facility where my 95-year-old father, a WWII veteran, lives. You recently had an outbreak.

I've been using these bags for a few years now and they work great with my Hoover vacuum. The bags are competitively priced and packaged for reliable and timely delivery.

My wife got a good deal on Arm and Hammer scented bags. hated her. I ordered these and threw the rest in the trash. AH bags are a joke. If they ever stop making those bags and vacuum cleaners, I'm going to build a cabin in the woods.

I use these bags to make face masks. They work great! The only thing I've experienced is that when the outside of the bag gets on the skin, some of the black printing ink rubs off my chin. Develop a solution for this.

I am very happy with these filters. I was using a frame that I literally had for a few decades before it broke and died on me. So sad. This inexpensive vacuum works MUCH better than I expected and the bags seem to filter just about anything my small dog and cat can supply. Breathing has gotten easier these days, but sneezing? thing from the past. Hooray!

Ordered Hoover Type Y HEPA vacuum bag with filter. Although the contents on the outside of the bag indicate they are Y bags, the actual boxes and bags inside are marked as Q bags which do not fit any of our vacuum cleaners. We are returning the bags in the hope that the company will correct their mistake, but if we receive a size other than the Y type we will make a more formal complaint.

Just because there are many of them doesn't mean they are all made equally well! These OEM bags are worth the extra cost as they have a rubber seal around the inlet to keep dust in the bag and are made of thick fabric that expands evenly under vacuum to filter out dust. The regular ones I bought here are paper and don't have a rubber seal so the dirt will blow back out of the bag and cover the outside of the cleaner.
