Works great. I bought it to run a 12v fridge/freezer in the back of my truck. I use an adapter to plug it into a truck trailer outlet and then connect a 12 volt fridge/freezer to the adapter.

This allowed us to plug in our Dometic fridge while it was in the back of our truck. We crossed the Mojave without any problems, also thanks to this ingenious device.

Just trash. I was at the boat ramp, about to pull up to the trailer. The connector did not conduct power to the impulse braking system. I had to unhitch the trailer and walk to the nearest jetty to get a replacement. Very dissatisfied with this crap.

I'm only giving 4 stars because I can't comment on how durable the plastic case will be. However, if you are connected to a 7-pin connector, you have the option of easily connecting a 4- or 5-pin flat connector. The cigarette lighter socket is also useful for emergency lights etc that use this type of plug.

I liked the idea of using a 12 volt outlet with accessories and needed an adapter for my 7 pin connection. The product works well with one outlet, however I had problems with a four pin outlet. a plug on a trailer that had a housing that covered all the pins and prevented it from being inserted into the adapter. I was able to borrow another adapter from a friend but this caused some delays. I would recommend making sure the trailer connector doesn't have a shield around exposed pins that would…
