Debated between 2 or 3 stars, but honestly this mat pretty much stinks. I'd rather return it but it's such a hassle. The small towel that it comes with is excellent for during class, but the mat only works when you spray it down. I'd rather a mat that works with out having to spray it down because not all studios have spray bottles & I'm certainly not going to be carrying around a bottle just for my mat. Work great. My only gripe is that you have to wash them separately from your clothes the first few times because all of the color comes out. At least they warned me. Kind of a waste of water though. Perhaps hand wash them a few times?

After issues with prior yoga towels, I ordered this brand. It works like a charm! I love that a corner is "dog eared" so that it does not leave the mat. In fact, I am always on the lookout for "dog eared" towels now; more towels should have that. It's perfect for hot yoga or a flow/power class. The hand towel is a welcome addition! I have used the mat towel and hand towel in my last two power yoga classes, and they have helped my practice tremendously. I no longer spend so much mental and physical energy trying to keep my hands from slipping around on my mat. This is a much better solution than many of the yoga gloves I have tried. The mat towel does not slip when the underside is sprayed lightly with water beforehand, just as stated in the instructions.

Great towels! They are thin and lightweight making them easy to pack in a gym bag. They roll out flat which is nice and have kept their color through several washes so far.Not sure how "non stick" they really are as I often have to adjust the towel during my practice. I'm not sure how any towel is really non stick though so I think they are great for what they are.

At first I figured the hand towel would be a good added bonus, but I quickly learned in my hot yoga classes that it is WAY more absorbent when wiping your drenched face quick, compared to a regular facecloth. I have 7 yoga mat towels (including this one) and I think the YogaAddict towel is my favorite. Washes well and keeps its size+shape.Additionally, I think it stays on top of my mat better than my other towels. hardly ever shifts and helps me maintain my balance. I really like these microfiber hand towels. They are just the right size and good quality for the price. I use them for hot yoga. If rinse the towel out after class it dries quickly and I can usually get two uses out of them before I have laundering.

I have tried several brands of mat towels. This is my favorite. It is more absorbent than other brands and long enough to cover my entire mat. My mat is not an extended length I just find that other popular brands shrink or are not long enough to cover. Yoga has shown me that I am one who has sweaty palm issues. Hot yoga or not. The hand towel solved the problem. Even though it does not have sticky little nubs it some how works great. I just keep it spread out on my mat where I place my palms and there is no slippage at all. My palms feel gripped. Relief! The mat towel has little soft nubs that grip to keep it in place.
