Yoga has shown me that I am one who has sweaty palm issues. Hot yoga or not. The hand towel solved the problem. Even though it does not have sticky little nubs it some how works great. I just keep it spread out on my mat where I place my palms and there is no slippage at all. My palms feel gripped. Relief! The mat towel has little soft nubs that grip to keep it in place. It will keep me from needing to try to find and invest in a new mat. I can keep my current soft mat that I like. Both towels work better than expected. Great value. Love them both.
