Our staff loves this software!!: Hotelware PMS

I like that you can customize it so it fits your needs. You can change features and add new ones as well! It's not perfect, but definitely worth trying out. It does have some quirks here and there, but once you get used to using it, everything works fine. There's nothing that really stands out to me as "bad." Try it out. As long as you use it correctly, it will work for you. It has made our jobs much easier. We are able to track guests and keep up with reservations in one place. This makes…

Fantastic Reservation Management Solution

I like that it can be used for more than one property, but also because you have many options when adding new properties into your system as well. It's very intuitive so there are no issues using this product at my current job. There isn't much about this software we dislike yet! One thing we hope will come out soon would be an option where guests could see their room rate before they book online (or even offline). We would love to give our guest members better service by showing them exactly…
