I was surprised when I opened the box — the whole thing is much smaller than you’d think. The circumference around where the black switches are (one on each side) are much much smaller than on the splitter I am replacing. But then again, that one broke so maybe smaller is good? I imagine it does something to the pressure though, not sure in which direction.Didn’t leak when I turned it on the first time, which is a win. Comes closed, so you need to turn the knobs to "on”. Great quality & great price. I share a single outdoor water faucet with several neighboring condo units. One elderly neighbor has a drip line hooked up for her flowerbed. This allows the rest of us to hook up our garden hoses without having to disconnect hers every time, or wait till she's finished watering her flower beds when we want to water ours.

Product was as described with the exception of only coming with 2 gaskets instead of the pictured 4 and double the price of the hardware store (I need to learn to look there 1st now)

This hose splitter does the job and comes with a couple of spare washers. I wanted one with metal parts inside the splitter, and this one does the job well.

Exactly what I needed, no problems here. Considering someone with weak hand strength and or the elderly with arthritis may be tough for them to turn the valves, overall awesome product for me.

Don't waste your money. Garbage product. My mistake was not putting it on the spigot right away and return time ended. Works great - no dripping.

Very easy to install and there are no leaks on either end. Valves need a little bit of force to turn on and off, which is good.

For reasons I can't explain, one of my brand new hoses leaked at the splitter, tried different washers, no luck. Substituted cheap splitter and it worked fine. Every other hose works.

I purchased this for $7 or $8 on prime day and my daughter purchased an identical looking one that is difficult to open/close for $14.99! Just proves that you don’t always have to spend a fortune to get a quality product. Thank you!

Basic but perfect! Superior to the newer styled plastic composite splitters, which are quite susceptible to breakage. I bought a newer styled splitter recently, and it blew apart as soon as I turned on the water. This brass splitter is rock solid, and will never break. Highly recommended for longevity and durability.

Easy to attach and easy to use. My old one was rusted and was hard to turn off. I'm pleased with my purchase That's my review.

Unfortunately, it swivels and tough to maintain the out pipes. Quite different to what others do. It may help if its put in place with some other means. I would not suggest this one

This hose splitter works well and seems like it will last a long time. The only thing to note is that the valve controls are a little tight to rotate, which is honestly probably a ”pro” more than a "con,” since it can reduce the chance of accidentally turning it on unintentionally.

The description says two valves, leading one to believe you receive two splitters, but two valves means there is two valves on one splitter. You can save a lot of money by buying on Revain a package of four splitters (which is 8 valves).

Sturdy product and easy to install. It does have one flaw though. unless one is quite careful, the diverter body easily turns within the adjustment nut allowing leakage at that point. Otherwise excellent.

Things usually break at the weakest point, and that's the case here. This broke at the top. the part of the hose splitter that screws onto the faucet, that is plastic on the outside, and is lined with brass. And at the top of this lining is a thin moveable ring (the rubber washer sits just under this lip). It is the thin brass ring that broke. This ring seems to be what holds the lower brass splitter to the plastic upper part, because when the ring broke the splitter fell to the ground.I had…

I bought a few of these. They're really handy, but they do not last more than a couple summers. They tend to split down the seam. Paying more for something that isn't brass might be a better idea for me.

Thought a brass splitter would last longer then plastic, but this started leaking along two seams after the first frost, although the spigot was closed and hose was drained.
