Works as advertised, nice to have on hand

Smells good, not chemical. As long as I shake the bottle before use, I haven't had any thickness issues. There don't seem to be any brick and mortar for sale in my area so I have to buy online. Howard seems to be a high quality brand, I have used other products from them with great results.

  • Satisfied so far

A good thing. You gotta get rid of this crap!

That's a good thing (nothing said, but I'll say more). Some reviewers said they can't spray it - you have to shake, shake, shake the bottle until you see it "spread" and move around the bottle. It's almost like gelatin until you shake the crap off of it. It cleans well and leaves your wood in good condition.

Not good for Wood Polish & Care

Not sure if I got a bad batch. It works well if you can get it out of the bottle. It is very thick and drips out of the bottle if you squeeze hard. The fact that it's not metered properly is a major downside as it will drip all over your counters and floors unless you keep a rag under the sprayer.

  • Feels good
Cons
  • Lasts long

Not Great: House cleaning

I'm not sure I've got a bad lot. It works well if you can get it out of the bottle. It is very thick and drips out of the bottle if you squeeze hard. The fact that it's not metered properly is a major downside as it will drip all over your counters and floors unless you keep a rag under the sprayer.

Pros
  • Polishing and maintaining wood
Cons
  • Something else

Water is just as effective and much cheaper.

We have a lot of old, dirty woodwork that needs cleaning and we need something that will remove dirt without damaging the wood or patina. I have had very good luck with the Feed N Wax and Restore-a-Finish products and after reading the rave reviews here I ordered two packs. We've tried it on virgin, unwashed woodwork with old flood grime and on a door and frame that has already been washed with stubborn grime. Plain water did just as well on the flood dirt, and this cleaner removed nothing else

works wonders; Just don't focus on looks.

I LOVE what this product does but have no idea why it's in a spray bottle. It doesn't splatter, so follow label directions and apply to a cleaning pad, not directly to the wood. When I got mine, the soap bodies were completely dry, so I called Howard to see if everything was still okay. OK. They told me it was perfectly normal and needed to be shaken up. I told them that shaking doesn't destroy it. I was assured that it was not damaged. I had to stir vigorously with a plastic stick for several…
