Great offer: my rating

It was a lot. To be honest the graphics look great and I haven't had any bad experiences with them so far. (No built-in camera or speakers)

Great monitor at a fantastic price

We bought this on a Black Friday sale and were blown away by how good it was. My boyfriend and I each bought one as a second monitor and we are very happy with it!

Had to return in my mind

I bought a monitor to connect to my laptop when I work from home. I had problems with both the power cord and the HDMI cable connected to the monitor. I think that's partly because they're plugged in right from the bottom, so maybe gravity relaxes them. In any case, I kept unplugging and plugging the cables back in to get them working. After about a week I gave up and sent the laptop back. Instead I bought a cheaper and slightly smaller Prechen brand monitor and I don't like the colors on it…

The monitor keeps losing power and I have to unplug it from the back and then plug it back in. This is not used for gaming, only for everyday use when working with a laptop.

Perfect for my third home monitor.

Large color palette and easy to set up. Fits perfectly and doesn't take up much space on the table. Good quality, easy to install.!

Terrible color quality

The monitor has terrible picture quality. Everything is very blurry and looks terrible. The monitor also appears to be locked to 60Hz. When I try to change the refresh rate via Windows, the highest setting is 60Hz and there is also no option in the monitor settings to change it. The only thing I like about this monitor is the size. 21.5 inches is neither too small nor too big, which is perfect if you don't have much desk space. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this monitor unless you value picture

this is not the best option in my opinion

Being HP I was expecting it to be great, but there's this weird blinking line extending to the very top of the screen. It starts as soon as I turn on the computer and then comes and goes throughout the day. Very pushy. I've checked all the connections, don't know what else could be the problem.

The goods are good BUT. good for me

HP has good products. Everything about this monitor was more than acceptable BUT there is a fault with the outlet. It does not securely hold the connector on the back of the monitor. Even the slightest movement of the cord/plug or monitor will result in a shutdown. As I change jobs frequently, this was an annoying and uncomfortable annoyance as I had to fiddle with the plug to plug it back in.

Works great for me

I bought this monitor to create a dual monitor system for my WFH work. I have an HP laptop and an HP printer, so adding an HP monitor still maintains an excellent connection between all devices. You must know what you are buying. This may not work well with Mac. If you're buying this monitor as an add-on to your laptop, you'll need to research which monitors work well with it. I had an HDMI cable with me. I see many reviews complaining about the sensitivity of the power cord as the slightest…

  • Very expensive

I ordered two of these monitors and one of them keeps getting a black screen like it keeps restarting. Contacted Revain and they said yes it's not good but we won't be replacing it. I said if I buy another one you pay what I paid (there was a sale) and then I can return the bad one. They said NO. WOW great service there.,. Let us sell you a bad product and then not replace it.

What great value!

Due to the high price I bought 2 monitors. Main use: remote work (graph data) and school (dissertation). I am not disappointed and have recommended the purchase to my colleagues.

after 6 months the screen became snowy

I have to give up this product. After about six or seven months of intermittent use as a monitor for my laptop, it reported giving me a very snowy image. Too snowy to use. I would come back but the window has been closed for a long time. However, I expect the monitor to last much longer.

stopped working after 8 months. until a warranty claim can be made

After 8 months of use, my monitor stopped working (poor power cord connection). I haven't found a way to make a warranty claim yet. The HP website says my monitor is still under warranty, but also says you can't take it to an authorized service center without first getting approval, but I can't find a way to get approval and a location to find where the monitor can be repaired (sites list of printers and computers). I expect more from a well-known name like HP. I guess I should have just…

Nice picture - except when it crashes!

I bought 3 of these in 2 months and 2 had power issues right away. The monitor turned itself off completely at the slightest vibration. At first I thought it was the cables (which I replaced). It's a sporadic problem, sometimes it seems like it's happening for no reason, other times it's just because you're leaning against your desk or working with your mouse. Revain replaced the first, HP is in the process of replacing the second. I think a production error? UPDATE: HP WARRANTY SERVICE IS…

Only works with an HP computer

During use, the monitor dimmed randomly. Used it on 3 computers and disabled HDMI and it was weak on all. Called HP and they said it wasn't covered because the monitor isn't being used with an HP computer (scam). I can either get an HP computer or purchase premium service for support (scam). I convinced them that this is a monitor, not a computer, the resolution is there. return the monitor for repair, loan it out, and then loan it back once I get my monitor back. It is actually VESA compatible.

As you can see from my photos, this monitor has 100 x 100 VESA points on the back. Those 4 screws on the back are not frame screws holding the monitor together like other reviews say. So you complain that it is not VESA compatible and have to come out to mount the VESA plate. The monitor itself works great for what I bought to connect to a 14 inch laptop to work with a big screen.
