Very faint, breaks easily, dark at the edges

I dropped my keyboard on it and it broke immediately. It's a lightweight keyboard and it didn't hit hard. I understand it's physical damage but my old BenQ took a lot of hits on the keyboard and never had a problem. In fact, he's back on the table. I'm sure many people will never have the same problem as me, but I have multiple keyboards on my desktop and I switch them up from time to time. I've barely touched the thing and it's toast. What a waste. Image quality was okay, but it was dark…

Almost perfectly good for me

I bought this monitor for web development, photo editing, and general things like web browsing and email. I don't play games, so I can't comment on aspects important to this app. This monitor has so many options. pretty much everything you could want in an ultra wide monitor. Brightness is more than sufficient. Sharpness is excellent (and adjustable). The screen has a nice matte finish with an anti-reflective coating. not too rough and not too shiny. The color balance and accuracy is better…

ideal for gaming and work

Used for 1080p gaming and standard operation. If you've never used a curved monitor before, there's a transition period to getting used to. It's a bit heavy, so be sure to use a sturdy VESA mount or secure desktop.

Insider tip: My rating

First, I paid under $400 for something with a 3440 x 1440 resolution, IPS panel, HDR, Freesync Premium, 165Hz refresh rate, and 1ms GTG. Yes, it's not curved, but it's honestly good. Great monitor for work. Fantastic for gaming, Cyberpunk and RDR2 look great in ultra wide resolution. You may need to adjust the DPI, but that's to be expected. HDR is good for beginners, but I turned it off. Theft for $400 or less. Good alternative to M34WQ

Works great and easy setup!

Item fits my two 27" monitors perfectly. Ease of installation. Offers clamp and bolt mounting options. Both screens rotate smoothly. Works great! Item arrived a few weeks earlier than originally expected.

Great Monitor for Gaming/General Use (HP X34 UWQHD)

HP X34 UWQHD Monitor I bought this monitor for gaming especially sim and racing games (iRacing, BeamNG, Forza etc) and it works great. The picture quality is really good and a huge improvement over what I had before (Acer 1680 x 1050 TN monitor, wow!). A few things about the monitor that I found after a few days of use: -- Use Freesync! This monitor has Freesync and I was concerned as my PC has an Nvidia GPU (GTX 1060 6GB) but without it it looks much worse. Lots of weird on-screen ghosting…

Nice stand, but otherwise bare bones

The display is crisp, but the brightness could be more even. The stand has good height adjustment but there is no cable management which is very disappointing. As far as I can tell there is only 1 power button and I'm not sure what the other buttons do. This is a really basic monitor, but it's the right size and works for my purposes.

Good monitor (people post wrong review for wrong product)

This is a good monitor for gaming and it rotates too but when I look at the reviews people consider the wrong monitor and post it on this product when I scroll down to see I thought this monitor could be wall mounted lol but when i even looked at this monitor, they don't even consider it.... but it's ok i buy 2 monitors and the second one will be different so i put it on can set the table.

I love this monitor!

To be honest when I ordered the monitor everything looked fine at first until I saw a stuck pixel and a dark spot on it. Regardless of the brand of monitor, there is usually a chance that it has dead/stuck pixels. So I went ahead and asked Revain for a replacement, got a new monitor a few days later and returned the one with the stuck pixel and dark spot. Now as I write this I'm enjoying my new monitor with no dead/stuck pixels. or any defect. Let me tell you, this monitor is great. 165Hz…

Best value for money, 165Hz ultra-wide ips

Best value for money: Ultra wide 165 Hz QHD monitor, great contrast and colors thanks to the TN panel, this one looks fantastic. It doesn't look very "gamer" either, it can look good in "professional" settings, which I like. Overall, you will not find a comparable monitor with this equipment in this price range.

Dissatisfied with the price and the brand

The image on the screen appears blurry, as do documents. I tried adjusting the display options but it's still blurry. I even used a USB-C to HDMI connection and it's still blurry. I tried following the troubleshooting guide on this site but it still didn't help. I don't play games but I mainly use it for work.

Great monitor for general use

I like it. no regrets, very happy with the purchase. I know it's called a gaming monitor, but I only use it for remote work at home. I think this is a good display and perfect for my needs. I like a very boring design - it's a huge black box. No frills, no weird curves. Just a black rectangle. QHD resolution (2560×1440) on a 32 inch monitor gives me a pixel density of 93 ppi, which means text elements are perfect for my eyesight. I can comfortably see all my text and use Windows 10 without…

The X34 is a great performer without any frills.

This monitor ticks all the boxes - IPS, HDR, UW 2k, Freesync Premium (gsync compatible), 165Hz, good value for money. This is a great serious monitor with no frills. By that I mean this monitor only has basic connectivity and doesn't even swivel. It has a very unassuming, minimalist design (which I like), no fancy RGB lighting or colors. The build quality is okay, not perfect. ie: the base/pedestal is not aligned exactly with the monitor, they are slightly skewed. I have another similar monitor

Superb ultra wide IPS, 165 refresh rate

This is an amazing monitor for the price. It has a 165Hz refresh rate, flat panel display with minimal backlighting. No unnecessary gaming stuff like fancy RGB colors etc. This is an IPS panel with bright and vivid colors. The stand has a smaller footprint so it doesn't take up much space on your desk. I'm not sure why this monitor hasn't been reviewed more. For the price, it seems to tick all the boxes. The only thing I consider a downside is the contrast ratio as this IPS monitor probably…

Great monitor, especially for this price range.

There always seems to be a catch with ultra-wide monitors in this price range, as they can have low refresh rates or horrible ghosting, but that doesn't seem to have any obvious downsides. The only significant difference between this monitor and its more expensive rivals is that it's flat rather than curved. Incidentally, it is the same panel as the Gigabyte M34WQ. Pros: The panel is bright and the pixel response time is fantastic. Contrast is good for an IPS (not incredible, but still good)…

One of the best ultra wide angle monitors in terms of value for money

Want an ultrawide screen with fast response times, good viewing angles, variable refresh rate and 165Hz refresh rate, but nothing with RGB lighting that looks like it was ripped from a teenager's desk? Well then the HP X34 might be something for you as it looks like it has been pulled out of the office with its black, slightly textured plastic and very conservative exterior. The monitor can usually be found for $400 and even under $400, and at that price the only thing that comes close to this…
