Best for aluminum

Media could not be loaded. Incredible end mills on cheaper CNC machines, in my video my stock 1000x1000 Workbee CNC, 3/16 DOC, feed 50/m, 3/8" Aluminum 6061 in two pass. It's difficult to get an accurate measurement of the cutting diameter, although I've found these end mills to be somewhere between .228"-.230".

A little undersized. U

I've had great results with this cutting 6061 aluminum. They won't hold a sharp edge for long, but the simple geometry of the single groove means I can most likely rework it on my grinder. I'll just try to match the contours to my new ones. Keep in mind that they are all slightly smaller but consistent (5.75mm) which isn't a problem when you factor that into CAM.
