The interface of this system was easy to learn, but there were some things I found I did not like about it until they improved them later in updates made afterwards. The system was easy for our team to use, it did what we needed without any issues. We were able to track billing in real time which helped us keep accurate records of payments. There wasn't anything I really disliked about this product. It has been very helpful to have an all-inclusive solution so that there isn't much left out when trying to do things as efficiently as possible. The ability of this system for tracking time, jobs done in different areas makes it easy when using other systems as well! You can also use some filters which are very useful if used correctly!! This works best once set up properly but I believe there could be more options available while setting-up?
