The ability of this system for tracking time, jobs done in different areas makes it easy when using other systems as well! You can also use some filters which are very useful if used correctly!! This works best once set up properly but I believe there could be more options available while setting-up? Overall its been great so far though i am not sure how much longer they plan at least 2 years maybe 3 or 4 before considering alternatives. Tracking job status through out our shift schedule has made keeping track easier than paper logs ever did (or should). It's easy enough for our custodians, but also keeps track of all their work orders along w/in-house resources so we can easily see who has what job next! The only thing I don't like about it - or maybe there isn’t anything really bad either? Maybe just get used tp having everything in one place instead ouutlinking multiple places & apps?!
