Perfect First Biker

My son learned to ride a bike with this bike. Since he was riding his Strider and already had excellent balance, we didn't bother installing training wheels and he did it on the first try. He survived many falls and learned to stand very well. This is a great reliable first bike and it looks great! The only downside is that it doesn't have a kickstand once you learn to ride it without training wheels for a long time. Therefore, it needs to be laid down or leaned against something when not in…

Not suitable for 8 year old children with 18 inch wheels.

I bought this bike for my 8 year old. He sat on it, telling me he was uncomfortable in it. I raised the seat to its maximum height and let it try again. He still wasn't up to it. It is made of excellent material and is of good quality, but the product does not indicate the maximum size the child can fit on the bike. There is only one indication of "wheel size <-> age of the child". Good advice for the seller would be to add the maximum possible height of the child for each wheel size.

  • Perfect for outdoor activities

Cheaply made and unsafe

It is unacceptable to charge customers a lot of money and use the cheapest materials for a small children's bike, which poses a safety hazard. We trusted Huffy and bought this American made bike for our 4 year old but from first impressions I'm surprised at how cheap it was. They used very thin plastic to protect the chain to protect our kids but it broke easily in less than a week (photo). Next time you design or make a bicycle, please remember to curb your greed and use durable materials to…

Decent bike but overpriced for the quality

In general the bike is beautiful. My 5 year old loves it. We added a stand because there wasn't one and that raised the price. All bicycles must be equipped with a side stand. It was a little difficult to get the handlebars where they should have snapped easily, but it didn't and we ended up having to take them to a bike shop for fitting. We've had it for about a month and the leather on the seat is already torn. It looks sporty and makes my son happy but like I said I find it too expensive for

Read this, save your money.

What the heck. I bought this for my son's birthday. It was received about 2 weeks before, he had enough time to collect it and present it to him. As soon as I unpacked it, I had an uneasy feeling. It seems sooo cheap but I went ahead and tried to assemble it.... The steering wheel isn't easy to engage at all, and even when it's in place, it wobbles. When I finished assembling it I realized I had to take it apart and send it back. All good reviews must be fake, listen to 1 star and buy something

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Available on the stock market

I bought two of these: this one and another (purple). It seems unnecessary to consider both, but I could because I hate this bike so much. It was easy to put together and was great, but after a week of light use it started falling apart. My kids are new to cycling so they don't do any daring jumps or anything, just up and down and around the driveway. Week after week I had to put the chain back on and rebuild the pedal assembly. The problem is that the pedal assembly is extremely poor quality…

don't waste your money

This bike was given to my son for his 6th birthday. He likes it, but as a parent, I'm less impressed. Assembly: should be easy. Although the instructions are clear and easy to follow, not all parts fit together easily. I had to make a lot of effort to attach the handlebars to the front wheel. The power is enough that I was afraid to bend the rim of the front wheel. Durability: small. The handlebars are loose and the whole bike creaks with use. Where the handlebar connects to the front wheel is…
