Great I use these to check the humidity in my Nikon cameras here in the tropics. I live in Costa Rica. It's much more accurate than Eva-Dray. I keep the humidity at 30% so that the device does not dry out. This is a great information device to slip into my underwater photography gear so I know what's inside without having to open the case. Don't dry them in the oven because they will burn, that happened to me.

worked well. I added silica gel pouches to my military ammo cans and used about an inch of double sided tape to attach one of these to the inside lid of each can. Now, every time I open a jar, I can immediately see how well the silica gel packs are holding up and which ones need replacing. works perfectly and is MUCH cheaper than guessing and carrying a can of 308 rust.

These things work great in my attic storage boxes that I use with desiccant packs. I cut out a small rectangle on the sides of the containers and use clear tape as the window. I then used a small strip of tape to hang the indicator inside. Just make sure you don't tape off the whole card or the indicators will never show internal moisture! The gauges revert to blue once the humidity falls below acceptable levels, but that takes longer than I expected.
