I have a low crown head so it's difficult to find headwear that doesn't look like a chimney that sits on my head. This hat reasonably passes the test. It's a bit larger than I'd like at the top, but it's acceptable enough that I'll be wearing it on an upcoming trip I have planned.

Read other mixed reviews about how hats are shipped / what condition they are in and I was a bit nervous because I crushed one or got a crumpled hat. I ordered 2 hats, one came in a plastic bag and the other in a box. Both arrived in excellent condition with no visible defects. Very satisfied, the hat is comfortable and looks good.

The picture in the shopping cart and once ordered does not match the description. I prayed the hat would arrive based on the description and not the picture. And thank goodness the hat I wanted was the hat I got. And it rocks!

Okay, I have a huge head. He's been called "Doberman Head" more than once. However, I have a low crown. This hat (L/XL Flexfit) fits better than I expected. I was excited to try it on, realized it was too high and sent it back. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it fits my head like a glove. 5/5 recommend and will definitely buy again.
