Excellent quality. on Fenders and Fenders

I fitted these to the back of our 2014 Escape and although it took a bit of drilling to get a secure fit it shouldn't be too difficult for someone who knows how be proficient with tools. They did a great job of reducing rear window splash as well as snow/mud buildup behind the rear wheels.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Easy to fit, fits fenders and fenders

Uses existing screws and no drilling required. My Escape has a plastic liner around the wheel arch, so my kit didn't come with (nor needed) the paint protection stickers described on the box. The decals are probably a nice addition for those who need them, but not having to bother with them made my installation that much easier. There isn't much clearance between the tires and the wheel well, but with a small socket wrench I didn't have to remove the tires. The installation time was about 10…

Fits well but the pre-drilled holes don't line up.

If the pre-drilled holes actually lined up with the existing holes in the wing well the installation would be a lot easier. Once I drilled them in the right place, it was relatively easy without having to remove the wheels. I think I would have had to remove the front wheels if I didn't have a little 90 degree drill. They fit well and definitely make a difference. I live 1 mile down a gravel road that is not well maintained so the sides of my white car are always covered in "excess paint"…

Good product. Very well done.

Excellent product. My guide was just perfect and easy to install. You just need to take out two factory plugs and drill 4 holes. I recommend an angle drill (90 degree head) and you don't have to remove the tires. You can also use a short Phillips screwdriver. You will also need a 1/8 drill bit. The kit includes 8 screws and washers you will need. They fit great and are well built. Do not overtighten the screws. Took me about 20 minutes to install both. If you don't have an angle drill, you may…

It's good if you put them on.

These are well made fenders. I'm trying to soften the spray from the back of my Escape. I think it helps slow things down, but it's hard to say. You installed well. Not as easy as you think. You take out the screws, then attach the fender and hope the grommet (not sure if that's the right word) allows you to screw it back into the bumper. Often they twist between the plastic bumper and make you think there's a screw in there, but there isn't. One side was done in about 10 minutes and the other…

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Easy installation with the right tools.

Installation is fairly quick and easy with the right tools. You need to remove the 2 button mounts (pliers are useful but not 100% necessary, you can do this with a flat head screwdriver if needed). You will then need to align the fenders and drill (4) 1/8" holes. You don't need to remove the wheel if you have a right angle drill bit. You just need to turn the wheel all the way to the left to make the driver's side and all the way to the right to make the passenger side then attach each side…

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Good but not great

Great for the 2016 Ford Escape!

I have a 2016 Ford Escape and they fit perfectly! They appear to be very well made and accurately outline the car. Installation was very easy, only about 5 minutes per side. All you have to do is remove the 3 existing screws with a 9/32" wrench and reinstall with the same screws. NO DRILLING REQUIRED! Much easier to fit than the front fenders (they took about twice as long). The distance between them is minimal, rad ok and the tire is a bit tight but very doable. Some have said that the stepped

Pros
  • Consistent test results

  • Poorly thought out

Great for the 2016 Ford Escape!

Husky made a great product. Installation was relatively easy, only about 20-25 minutes. The box includes instructions and 8 new fasteners (4 on each side). All you need is a flat head screwdriver to remove the factory plugs, a drill with a 1/8" bit and a Phillips #2 screwdriver to install the new tire fasteners if you know how to do that Steering wheel turns :) I'll admit I was a bit apprehensive about drilling in my new car, but that's only in the plastic trim/fender panel...with a marker to…
