I don't know if I didn't see it in the description but when they spin fast they glow! All in all a great product, super stable, easy to assemble and adjustable. I like those soft plastic wheels a lot more than the hard plastic wheels I had as a kid. As a parent, I like the sound more, less harsh. I also feel like they're better at "teaching" your child how to ride a bike because it's easier to get them off the ground when moving.

These training wheels were great to begin with. You drove very well. But after two months of use and only occasional riding, maybe once or twice a week, yesterday while my son was driving, a wheel broke. Luckily my husband heard the wheel disappear and ran to catch up with our son and grabbed it the bike just before he fell off. Still I would be willing to try another pair, maybe we just got a defective pair because my son really liked them.

After returning this product because the backlight function on one of the wheels stopped working on the first day of use, we were VERY happy with the product. It actually worked well, even tonight, after normal use. The only gripe is the strength of the metal as it tends to bend with normal use, bend and need adjusting after every third use. We would love another set to review this product only if we can get a stronger metal. Many Thanks.

Update: After less than a month of sporadic riding, the wheel bearings broke causing my daughter to have an accident. This product costs COST and total WASTE $$$. This was to be expected as the wheels were worn out and the headlights stopped working after only 2 weeks. This is a pathetic product and the sellers should be ashamed. I bought the girl an 18 inch bike. Support arms deformed after only 1 week ride. Wheels keep loosening despite being tightened to the correct torque. waste of money.

My son's training wheels that came with the bike were terrible. They were constantly being flexed to the point where they offered almost no support. The wheels were hard plastic and noisy. This HUWAY product is amazing. The levers are made of thicker steel with a durable black finish. The wheels are like inline skates with silent bearings that offer a much better experience.
