It's always hard to tell if a new product you try lives up to its name, description, expectations and so on. While others may not have liked the taste, it wasn't as bad as they said. it's on the light side of the fruit punch flavor, which might be the reason. When mixed, it does not change color to red or pink like fruit punch does. So easy to drink, refreshing and sweet - and of course super hydrating! Tastes like medicine

I'm usually very concerned about not drinking enough fluids and I'm always looking for something to help me get better.
