So easy to drink, refreshing and sweet - and of course super hydrating! It increases blood flow to areas of the body that are lacking in oxygen and nutrients and also appears to be helpful in lowering blood pressure. I use a heaping teaspoon for each cup, adjusting the dosage to taste, and it thickens the water enough that I feel like I'm drinking a juicy fruit (think of that emulsified/smooth texture like calpis or milky drink). Even if you think I'm a "water drinker," purified bottled water is devoid of minerals and nutrients, so it's important to add minerals back to the water, and HYDRATE does that. Eventually, I came across other hydrating supplement powders. at least from Costco, but they dry my eyes (weird!) BUT THAT DON'T DO THIS. It's something I easily choose to do, and it helps me stay better hydrated.
