This amino acid drink is the perfect way to replenish after a tough workout .The lime flavor is refreshing and not too sweet. It's easy to mix and doesn't leave a powdery aftertaste. The one downside is that it is slightly more expensive compared to other amino acid drinks on the market. Overall, a GREAT addition to your health and household routine for post-workout recovery..

My analysis of this sports nutrition amino acid drink showed that it's a great option for post-workout recovery .The lime flavor is refreshing and has a natural taste. The combination of amino acids and electrolytes helped me recover after a strenuous workout, and also kept me hydrated throughout the day. The only downside is that it doesn't come in a bigger size option. Overall, a great option for those seeking an effective and tasty hydration recovery drink..

Nothing to madden about

Not a big fan of the product. I was using BCAAs during my workouts and had to spit up because my mouth was getting too dry. I drink water all the time during the day/workout but for some reason it affected me so much. I have nothing to do with taste but it was pretty good. The recommendation on the bottle is to take BCAAs with 8-10 ounces of water, but I think more water needs to be added. All in all not the worst BCAAs but definitely not worth what you get for the money.
