Difficult to install

Difficult to install, I couldn't, on the pedal side because I can't disassemble the power steering and put in new gaskets

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

COMPLETE repair kit. - Fuel system

This is a full repair kit but it has 3 gaskets which leak the most and is cheaper than most other kits with only 3 gaskets. Excellent purchase!

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Minor problems

Good recovery kit. for parts

The kit saved me about $200 compared to buying a refurbished unit. It had more parts than needed for the repair I needed (piston seal leak). The parts fit and work well. The only negative thought is that no recovery instructions were included. I found a good YouTube video that helped.

Pros
  • High test scores for support and durability
Cons
  • Appearance

Try the second round. the best in the injection system

Piston seals replaced and everything cleaned. After that, I went on a trip and had to brake pretty hard to avoid stopping interstate traffic. I returned home and now the hydraulic booster is leaking worse than before. Ordered another set to try again. But most likely there will be a new booster at the end.

Pros
  • There's something in there
Cons
  • No power

Surprisingly it works for me

I only use large print. Care must be taken to assemble in the correct direction and also slide the piston through the seal. No leaks so far and my pedal is at full throttle. I saved $200 to $400. I went to the parts store and nobody sells a set of gaskets. Well, good luck, I'm back on the road with my knee bent.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Annoying

They don't make gasket kits like they used to.

I've been a mechanic for 20 years and have repaired LOTS of hydraulic equipment during that time. In addition, I have served the store and private vehicles for decades. So this wasn't my first rodeo in resealing the booster. I replaced the seals a few years ago before they failed. This latest repair only lasted a few days and was worse than before I pulled the unit. Some of the included parts look correct but cannot be used. I just broke down and bought another booster. In the future I won't…

Pros
  • Quick Change
Cons
  • Hardly ever
