Work well with Coban self adhering dressing wrap.

I liked it better than I expected. My burn was on my arm so it was very easy to put a piece on my burn then I wrapped my arm with self adhering bandage. I think it kept my wound clean and I never had any signs of infection.

Pros
  • The pads provide a protective layer over the wound to prevent further injury
Cons
  • May not be effective in preventing infection in wounds with foreign objects

No Stick - Instant burn pain relief.

Instantly stopped my burn pain. Didn’t stick to the wound like gauze does. So glad I found this. Outstanding product. Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • The pads can be stored in a first aid kit for emergencies
Cons
  • Can be difficult to dispose of safely

Package arrived damaged

I thought I was getting a self adhering dressing. The instructions indicate this is not the case. At over $4 per dressing, I’m disappointed. The package arrived torn but the dressing packets seem ok. I will update when I see how the dressings work.

Pros
  • The pads can be used for both cuts and burns
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use in certain areas of the body

This helps with the SUPERBUG!

My daughter was visiting this past summer and she burned her arm when cooking. The burn was two inches wide and painful. I was concerned about her getting an infection because she was dealing with terrible hives and her immune system was compromised. I used the Silver Seal immediately and not only did it help with pain, she healed well and there was zero infection. Great product!

Pros
  • First Aid
Cons
  • Can dry out and become brittle over time

First Aid Must Have

These dressings are a requirement for any first aid kit. We do a lot of back country trips and these are always in my kit. Not only are they sterile but they have silver fibers to assist in healing. I couldn’t recommend these enough!

Pros
  • The hydrogel formula provides a moist environment to aid in healing
Cons
  • May not promote optimal skin regeneration or growth

Great to have around in case

These are great to have around for all of your accident needs! adhere great and really help take away the burn and pain! That's my feedback.

Pros
  • The pads can be cut to fit smaller wounds
Cons
  • Can be difficult to apply on moving or sensitive areas of the body

Cooling for smaller areas

I'm fortunate that I don't get burned too often but figured that this might be handy. I opened up a pad and noticed that it is stretchy and cooling, so should offer relief from small burns. I checked it with my family member who is an ER doc who told me that the recommendation to use silver in wound dressing has gone back and forth over how effective it is. (Silver can have a lot of side effects.) I'd like to see a hydrogel infused with honey. Honey is also proven to be very effective in would…

Pros
  • The pads do not require any additional ointments or creams
Cons
  • May cause swelling or redness around the wound

Works great! best in my review

These work so well for minor burns and skin abrasions. I burned the palm of my hand on my glass stove top over the holidays and was so thankful that I had these pads to use. The pain relief was instant. It felt so soothing and my burn started to heal very quickly. The pad was easy to put on, and stayed in place nicely. I was able to go about the rest of my day with very minimal pain.

Pros
  • The pads do not have a strong odor
Cons
  • May not be effective in preventing re-infection
