I purchased this product in June 2019. I had some doubts it would work well, but it turned out great! It contains about 7 ounces of water. On longer runs (5-9 miles) I have to remember to walk a little closer to the end, I usually try to only take 1 sip per mile and usually run to the end when it's 7-9 miles.
