Brilliant! Fluval 13.5G!

A train that can do it! This thing is small and pushes some serious current. This is 40% for Fluval 13.5G. I almost wish it had a 20% option for programming. Takes up little space, easy to program. They don't have an on or off switch, just a feed mode. On tank maintenance days, I usually keep hitting the feed mode button. For $69, the Hyugger is a great little wave generator. I also have their heater! Better than BRS controller. I can make subtle suggestions for improvement, but for the price…

Ideal for small aquariums!

I have 3 of them. I just like the small and beautiful form factor. I have 2 in 30g long (36 x 12 x 18") and one in Biocube 14, both mixed reefers. One in Biocube is turned way down and two in 30g are turned all the way up. Both tanks also have return pumps that increase the flow Programming Sounds complicated at first / seems complicated but is actually quite simple All 3 were very reliable I then cleaned with a toothbrush maybe once a month The attachment of the pump to the internal magnet…

Great stream! Best in Fish and Aquatic Animals Category

Make sure you read and understand the instructions well. Each digit controls a specific function. Once you understand this, it will be very easy to change functions. The second digit is the power generated by the shaft generator. I set it to 4 and it blows all the nasty stuff out of the live rocks in my 20g JBJ Cube. That's what I bought it for. Each day I moved the powerhead to a different location to shake out the debris from under the live rocks and change the filter floss. I see my tank…

Don't waste your time with this.

Terrible thing. DO NOT BUY I bought this for my 20 gallon nano reef. After running it on "High" for 30 seconds, I took it out, put it back in the box and started the return process. Then I ordered a power head from a well-known company. After unpacking, I found that it did not match the description. The pump is made of cheap plastic and is very light. Very low quality. The magnetic holder kept falling off with easy handling. As soon as I plugged it in I realized that 1600 GPH must be a typo…

NOT PURCHASED IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS Quality for your brine tank

I bought it in May 2020 with a new AIO tank, it was really stupid to get used to it because on their (hygger) Program is based on 4 digits representing a wave, you need the power of that wave and the frequency of that burst of the wave, it was really silly at the beginning but you learned to deal with it. Now it doesn't work, it shows error 7. I don't see any kind of reset on it so I'll contact the company. I learned my lesson by cutting corners to save a buck, most powerheads average 100…

Fits my 28.5 gallon aquarium and performs well

I don't need the fanciest and most expensive products for my marine aquarium. I'm glad there are quality products at cheaper prices as I'm on a tight budget. I find this Hygger wave generator a great value at this price point and it works well in my 28.5 gallon tank. The compact size is ideal. It runs quietly and I only really hear it when the pump in my sump is off for maintenance. Excellent properties with planning function. Given its size, don't expect to be able to surf those waves, but if…

So quiet and small.

Not for a normal aquarium but more for a nano tank, much better than any Ecotech or AI pump. I've tried 3 different pumps and they all say they're very "unobtrusive". They are perfect to place anywhere. They aren't multidirectional, but you don't need pumps in a nano aquarium to be that way. You just have to make sure the water is circulating, especially near the bottom. In addition, they were so quiet that I had to use my pointer to see if it actually worked. The downside of the controller is…

Absolutely Awesome

I have no idea how long this hygger wave generator will last but the design, flow rate, waveform and dimensions are incredible, perfect for a nano reef. I have a Fluval EVO 13.5 and from what I've seen on youtube so far, no matter how expensive or complicated the shaft generators are, everything looks bad in a nano aquarium due to the size. I want the display to show the reef, not a display full of waveforms bigger than the rocks in the tank. efficiency? 150% for the nano tank. When properly…
