Easy to assemble and use. Good guide, in real English. Once you put it together and freeze it, it becomes a breeze. Simply brew and shake directly in the chiller. Cooled my coffee in 10 seconds with no dilution. Surprised how easy it is to clean. No disassembly required, simply fill with clean water to rinse and reuse. I loved it so much I bought two more as gifts for my daughter.

This product works exactly as described to chill any beverage you want without diluting it with ice. I love iced tea, but one of my biggest complaints is either chilling it by diluting it or waiting in the fridge for hours. I'm the only iced tea drinker in the family, so there's no point in brewing a whole pitcher if I only want an occasional glass. With Hyperchiller V2 the problem was solved successfully. It lives in my freezer until needed.

At first I bought the first version, I fell in love, but in the end something happened to the carving. The support team took care of me right away! I love a company that stands behind their product. When I found out about version 2, I grabbed it. It has a slightly deeper filling and the carvings seem more solid. I can't stand iced coffee diluted with water, and a cold drink never tastes strong enough. I use a french press and hyperchiller every morning, the perfect cup of iced coffee!

My son loves iced coffee but doesn't like the process or the taste when he tries to chill it the traditional way. Instead he went to buy iced coffee and when I saw this I bought it for him as a gift. He called me the other day just to tell me how much he loves this cooler. He says giving him cold coffee right away works great. All he has to do is pour the freshly brewed coffee into the cooler and it becomes ready-to-drink iced coffee. He told me that I really won with this gift.

I'm an avid (ie daily) iced coffee drinker but I've been hesitant to make iced coffee at home because I don't want the bitter taste of two day old coffee or the diluted nature of just adding ice to coffee . Thanks to HyperChiller I found the solution! HyperChiller worked like a CHARM today! I was able to make my own iced coffee right out of the coffee maker in the comfort of my own home. I bought this for coffee but ended up using it to chill alcoholic beverages and it was very convenient and worked great! I've only used it once for coffee and it worked well. I only had to make the adjustment once and it didn't leak, so I just let it thaw between uses and rinsed well before putting it back in the freezer. I was a little wary after reading so many other reviews, but so far I'm satisfied! It also seems that the sellers are pretty responsive, so I always feel better about buying!

LAST UPDATE: After getting a replacement I used it the full 4-5 weeks before it broke in the same spot. When I contacted the company, they explained that this is the case for about 1% of the units sold from this batch. However, the number of people who seem to have the same problem indicates otherwise.
