Awesome tool for engaging with audiences fast and efficiently

I like how easy it was set up (especially since we are new). It's very intuitive! The AI part could use some work - but they're working hard there so hopefully soon this will get better too!! Nothing really not liking anything about IA yet other then maybe price point? Could have an even lower cost option or something similar if possible?! Great product overall though. Definitely recommend checking out their demo first because you'll see what works best compared against your needs & budget…

Pros
  • I loved the AI aspect the most especially being able to chat live with someone and have the answers appear almost immediately
Cons
  • That the price point is a little high compared to the competition, and I think it could be made a lot more affordable

Good tool for quick consultation with customers

I like how easy it was to set up an account through our website; there were no problems setting one-on-one conversations or scheduling appointments so far! The AI-based customer service agent does not have any personality traits which would make me feel comfortable talking about personal matters over text. It's great if you want some kind of chatbot assistant but don't need full live support from your team members - just let them know what they should do when something goes wrong (or right). A

Pros
  • Easy onboarding process for sales reps at my organization.
  • Easily accessible dashboard, reporting is fast too with quick access via custom fields in CRM module as well
Cons
  • Some limitations regarding languages/currency that still persists after several years being used by various countries across different continents
  • Not very many integrations
