I like how easy it was to set up an account through our website; there were no problems setting one-on-one conversations or scheduling appointments so far! The AI-based customer service agent does not have any personality traits which would make me feel comfortable talking about personal matters over text.
It's great if you want some kind of chatbot assistant but don't need full live support from your team members - just let them know what they should do when something goes wrong (or right). A lot less stressful compared to phone calls where we could only speak English while having another language barrier between us and someone who needs help solving technical issues.
