Good food, suitable for drying

I have 4 cats, 2 under 11 years old, 2 older. After reading about old kitten food for kittens and being convinced that it would not harm their health, I gave it a try as I feed it to older cats who need special nutrition. Everyone, old and young (the youngest is 6 years old) ate this meal perfectly. Their weight is stable, there are no urinary problems like some foods they like, and there is no spitting up of food. It seems to cater to the needs of both younger and older cats (the eldest is 14…

My cat likes dry

I found this type of food in an article after searching for "food for very selective senior/senior cats". When my kitten started refusing almost any food I could find (mostly wet food) and she started losing weight, I became very concerned and angry. I have researched thoroughly. I have spent a lot of money. Some foods proved edible to him, others not; this particular brand/type was a hit! I would recommend it. Unlike the kibble I usually give him, this one lasts a long time. His typical kibble

Causes severe constipation, non-standard urination.

I had a very very bad experience with the Iams Senior formula. I bought this for my 14 year old cat and made the transition from the original Iams. This food has caused severe constipation in my cat. She tried unsuccessfully to pass #2, and when she could pass very little, she was black, hard, and dry. As a result of this severe constipation, she began to urinate everywhere except in her litter box. I didn't know prior to this experience, but I learned from my vet, supported by other online…

My skeleton cat can eat and crush this! He will survive!

My poor cat named Wasabi was born wild, small and has a damaged digestive system. As an adult, he only weighs 5.5 to 6.0 pounds and is very bony (the usual vet visit). He is NOT grain/gluten tolerant and will quickly and uncontrollably empty his stomach back into his food bowl before he can even finish your meal. Then he will cry. Seriously, he's crying like hell. meows, walks away and sits by the window for hours, depressed and hungry, unable to eat. Dissatisfied. I have tried many other…

EXACTLY WHAT MY OLDER CAT NEEDS!

My cat will be 16 in May and stopped eating her dry food a few months ago. I had two different kinds and he had been eating them for years so I figured he stopped eating them because he was old and maybe he had a toothache. He was still eating the turkey baby food, soft foods, and treats I gave him, so I knew the problem was with the pellets, not his appetite, and I figured that given his age he would inevitably stop, eat the pellets. However, I wanted to be sure, so I set out to find the best…
