The PakRak system is the best quick release bike bag system in my opinion. I use Ibera saddlebags and this bag on my touring bike along with an Ibera PakRak rack and the separate panniers are easy to put on and take off. It's relatively easy to remove and is actually completely waterproof - one of my gutters collapsed over it and poured about 200 liters of water on it in 10 minutes (clean your gutters folks) and everything in it was dry.
